These Terms and Conditions govern your use of oriptos.net and your purchase or use of digital products, software, SaaS access, subscriptions, templates, eBooks, guides, productivity kits, digital assets and custom software services offered by Oriptos (“Oriptos”, “we”, “us” or “our”). By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
You must be legally capable of entering a binding agreement. If you use Oriptos for a business or organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind it. You are responsible for accurate account information, keeping credentials confidential and all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of suspected unauthorised access.
We aim to describe each product accurately, including format, compatibility, licence, delivery method and any subscription period. Screenshots and previews are illustrative. Before purchasing, review the product page and confirm that your device, software and intended use meet the stated requirements.
Prices are displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless stated otherwise. Applicable taxes or payment charges, if any, will be shown during checkout. An order is accepted when payment is confirmed and we provide access or separately confirm acceptance. We may decline or cancel an order affected by suspected fraud, payment failure, pricing error, product unavailability or unlawful use; any captured amount for a cancelled order will be handled appropriately.
Downloadable items are normally delivered through the order confirmation, customer account or email after successful payment. SaaS and custom-service access may require onboarding, configuration or a separate delivery schedule stated on the product page or agreed scope. You are responsible for providing a valid email address and checking your account and spam folder.
Unless a product page expressly states otherwise, a purchase grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence for your own personal or internal business use. Ownership and intellectual-property rights remain with Oriptos or the relevant licensor. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, publish, share access credentials, remove rights notices, reverse engineer where prohibited, or use an item to create a competing product.
Some products may depend on third-party platforms, applications, APIs or subscriptions. Their own terms, availability and privacy practices apply. Oriptos is not responsible for changes made by a third party, but we will provide reasonable support for the product as described at purchase.
You must not use the website, products or services for unlawful, fraudulent, harmful or abusive activity; introduce malicious code; interfere with security or availability; attempt unauthorised access; scrape or overload the service; infringe rights; or use software beyond its stated licence or usage limits.
The applicable product page states the access period, features and any renewal terms. You may cancel future renewal according to the available account or support process. Cancellation does not normally refund an already-started billing period unless our Refund and Return Policy or applicable law requires otherwise. Features may be updated for security, reliability or product improvement without materially removing paid core functionality during the purchased term.
Custom SaaS or software work is governed by the confirmed proposal, scope, milestones, client responsibilities and delivery assumptions. Timelines depend on timely content, access and feedback from you. Requests outside the agreed scope may require revised pricing and timelines. Rights in pre-existing tools and reusable components remain with their original owner; ownership or licence for custom deliverables will be stated in the agreed scope.
Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund and Return Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
We use reasonable care in providing the website and products. Except for express commitments on a product page and rights that cannot be excluded by law, products and services are provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, universal compatibility or that every product will meet an unstated purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Oriptos will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, loss of profit, revenue, data or business opportunity arising from use of the website or a product. Our aggregate liability relating to a specific order will not exceed the amount paid for that order. These limits do not apply where liability cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.
We may restrict or terminate access for material breach, unlawful use, security risk, non-payment or abuse. Where reasonably possible, we will provide notice and an opportunity to address the issue. Clauses concerning licences, intellectual property, payment, liability and disputes survive termination as applicable.
These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of Pakistan. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve a concern promptly. Any unresolved dispute will be handled by courts of competent jurisdiction in Pakistan, subject to any mandatory consumer rights that apply.
We may update these Terms for legal, security, operational or product changes. The current version and effective date will remain posted here. Changes apply prospectively unless applicable law requires otherwise.
